Discalimer: To be honest I have no idea what this blog will be about. That may be annoying to some and for those people I may have certain series that follow the same subject for a certain amount of blog posts. On the whole though, I would like to keep it open to different styles and subjects. One last thing whatever you do don't think I am writing about you cause most likely I am not unless I practically spell it out for and I mean that literally. I am not in the business of saying things on my blog that I wouldn't say to someone's face.
Without further adieu here is the first post. I am going to start off light.
Here is my pandora radio playlists for a typical day.
When taking a shower: 80's love ballads because what better station is there to sing in the shower to. One minute you are singing Faithfully by Journey and the next minute you hear that ever so familiar 80s saxophone. That is right neighbors, I don't care if you make fun of me cause I can guarantee I am having more fun in the shower than you are.
Just lounging around the apartment: Jazz but not too loud. You have to have the volume just right so it doesn't disturb whatever you are doing, but that you can always here it in the background. Trust me it makes a nice atmosphere.
When I go running there are two main options: Alternative Endurance Training, which I discovered when running with my friend Charlotte. She said it as a joke and then I typed it into Pandora. Turned out it was definetely not bad for training. My favorite one for running is Common Pandoria radio or any artist similar to Common. Now I have an arm band and don't generally like wearing headphones, so this music plays out loud. I don't have this radio station so people think I am a G while running. I simple have it because I find that hip hop and r&b beats help me keep a nice easy pace, but at the same time can be used to fuel a very fast pace.
Any road trip: Now most of my road trips tend to be very long, which leads me to listening to almost every genre that I like or maybe only kind of like. I have to say that old school rock tends to be the best. Just think of riding with the window down on the open road and rocking out to these sweet jams. You will have soo much fun that time will just fly by, but hopefuly not soo fast that you hardly remember how you got from point A to point B.
Driving dangerously: I listed this one last because I just recently figured it out. Now this may require a little imagination or some visualizaton of some sort. I was driving in my car and I thought to myself "If I am ever going to do something dangerous in my car I would much rather be listening to classical music insead of Katy Perry singing about how she is wide awake." Now just imagine for yourself in your car spinning out and having some orchestra playing epic music or very peaceful music (you choose). That just seems like a much more beautiful way to go out.
